Loved how my double room was set up. Terrific service was provided here. It was so sweet to get concierge service free of charge too. The location was marvellous and perfect, for example, Parliament Hill was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

honestly no complaints whatsoever. attentive, excellent staff, reasonably good breakfast. convenient and ideal location just off the byward market, the rideau centre, the national art gallery, the national arts centre, and the parliament buildings and amazing restaurants and the rideau shopping center, could not be better. also, to areas of decor.

Great and perfect location not far from the restaurant, the Byward Market, the Rideau Centre, the National Art Gallery, the National Arts Centre, and the Parliament Buildings, and attractions in Ottawa's Byward Market neighborhood, and private parking. Besides, excellent for visiting a three-level shopping centre.
